Happy Christmas Eve, everyone! We are busy here, but I had to share these cute pinecone-shaped cheese balls I made to take to dinner at my dad’s. Thanks to Trish from Mom on Timeout for the cheese spread recipe. I taste-tested as I was making it, and it was delicious then. After sitting in the fridge overnight, I bet the flavors have melded together even more!
I did use more cranberries that she did; in fact, I used the whole bag. I just love cranberries, what can I say? But other than that, I followed Trish’s recipe. I hope everyone likes it at dinner today.
